Reddington Construction Services Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16060576. We provide energy, installation, scaffolding and related services subject to individual quotations and contracts.

2. Website use

The website may be used for lawful information and enquiry purposes. Users must not interfere with security, submit malicious material, misuse forms or reproduce protected content without permission.

3. Information and estimates

Website information is general and does not constitute a final design, energy-saving guarantee, financial recommendation or binding quotation. Suitability, performance and pricing depend on an assessment and written proposal.

4. Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied and may be subject to site assessment, technical review, access, permissions, network requirements and product availability. A contract is formed only through the approved acceptance process.

5. Project scope and variations

The agreed scope will be set out in the quotation or contract. Changes, unforeseen conditions or additional work may affect cost and timing and must be agreed through the applicable variation process.

6. Payment

Deposits, stage payments, completion payments, interest and recovery terms will be stated in the project contract or invoice.

7. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and reasonable site access
• Disclose known hazards, restrictions and relevant property conditions
• Obtain permissions allocated to the client under the contract
• Cooperate with safety and access requirements
• Make payments in accordance with agreed terms

8. Timelines and delays

Dates may be affected by weather, access, product supply, network approvals, structural findings, third parties, regulatory processes and events beyond reasonable control. Binding dates must be expressly confirmed in writing.

9. Finance

Finance is subject to status, lender approval and separate terms. Nothing on the website guarantees approval or availability.

10. Energy brokerage and PPA services

Utility contracts and PPAs are subject to separate provider agreements, eligibility, credit assessment and commercial terms. RCS accurately discloses its role and remuneration where required.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Detailed limitations are set out in the applicable project contract.

12. Consumer cancellation

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, the required notice, process and consequences of requesting early work are provided separately at the point of contract.

13. Intellectual property

Website content, designs, proposals, drawings and other materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless agreed otherwise in writing.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
